Taj Mahal in Aachen

You can get the same dishes in Kurdish restaurants for 1/3 of the price. Still good Indian and Pakistani food and drinks. Our food was very tasty and the friendly staff was happy to cater to our extra requests. The Podina Lassi with mint is highly recommended, as are the various thali dishes. The starters can be amusing in a group.

Great service- although we arrived 1.5 hours late for dinner, we were greeted with absolute warmth and wonderful cuisine. Love goes through the stomach. Thank you - it is worth traveling over 500km.

The menu has a large selection. The drink prices appear moderate. The prices for the food in the expected / usual framework. The food was okay, but not necessarily according to the individual taste. "Slightly spicy" was a bit too much for me. Other spices, if included, were covered over. Simple ambience with little decoration. Very comfortable chairs make you linger pleasantly. The tables are covered with white table runners. Unfortunately the white tablecloth was stained.

My husband and I find the inn suitable for all sorts of events, whether with friends, relatives or relatives. This restaurant really has the potential to become my new favorite. Not only the attentive restaurant staff was the absolute bestseller during my visit, but also the good one Ambient.My siblings and I were too present together and each of us ordered something different, I can say for my part, I tried a bit of each and it was great.

Very tasty, finely seasoned food. If spiciness is not desired, ask in advance, but the menu says if spicy spices are used. The staff is really gracious and the atmosphere is pleasant, traditional, simple and cozy. Softly upholstered chairs. Pakistani, soft, pleasant music in the background. There is always a small, delicious starter from the house. It is not a fast food restaurant and every dish is freshly prepared, which results in some, but reasonable, waiting time. If you're in a hurry, you shouldn't eat here !!! I definitely recommend this restaurant to those who value good food and lovely / friendly staff. Please bring your smile with you, it will definitely be returned: o)

Nice Indian restaurant

I beleive this one of the very few places in Aachen where you have punching food with the spices from the lands of Indian Subcontinent. They have perfected the art of letting the Europeans really enjoy the food and not just worry about the next morning! ?

Best indian food i've had!!

Food is tasty and as expected, but not exceptionally special. 2 stars only because it took them 2 hours to serve the food, it was only lukewarm. While we were waiting they didn't bother to serve us any drinks, so we went dry after half an hour.

I was there with my husband and I must say it was just all Suuuper delicious ?? The atmosphere and the music that played quietly, just went great. We felt very comfortable. The service is very courteous and nice. All you have to do is bring some time, but it's always worth it. I would ask if I eat spicy I said yes and that was also perfectly flavored. Keep it up

Good naan bread but taste in dinners is not consistent upon repeat visits. Also good lunch buffet for a reasonable price but not the case so for dinners.

Great food and great service! Prices are reasonable - around 20 EUR a person including dessert and being full enough to not eat the next day!

Better Indian food as compared to other Indian restaurants in aachen. Naan is not authentic but everything else is good.

They have tasty food, but we had to remind the waiters of some of the things we ordered, and we got one dish that we didn't order.

This place has one of the most tastyest food I've ever eaten. It is sooo sooo sooo good. I will definitely return to this restaurant if I come back to Aachen. Vegan and gluten free options too.

Worst experience ever. Really bad service.We had to wait almost an hour after ordering the food. As Indian, I can surely say that food is worst. Naan bread was nothing like authentic. Waiter didn't care about orders at all. Definitely not worth it. Please don't waste your money.
